Here’s the truth: there’s no single neat answer, especially while AI is still in its awkward infancy. For most non-technical professionals, the AI you’ll feel most at work will be Large Language Models (think ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude). Or you might be involved in change management projects.

In July 2025, Satya Nadella, Microsoft’s Chairman & CEO, shared a memo with employees.
Now, Microsoft isn’t just any tech company, it’s a trendsetter. Its strategy is a wave that starts in California and eventually hits Europe, Asia, everywhere.
Nadella’s memo is both a prediction and a blueprint for the skills we’ll all need next. I’ve used it as inspiration to create this learning path — especially for non-technical folks, but technical people might find it useful too.
